I’ve always had an issue with wearing holes in my running shoes - always the left hand one as well.
When a friend suggested Trainer Armour Big Toe Hole Preventer patches after I mentioned my issue I thought I’d give it a go.
The trainer on the right, after 580miles, a rather nice hole. The trainer on the left, after 680miles - I think the picture shows how good the Big Toe Hole Preventer patches are!!
